Medium-dark grey stable double knit wool fabric, the right side is a smooth, 88% wool/ 12% synthetic blend, and the reverse is pure wool. The reverse feels a bit like a boiled wool, it is fuzzy but also dense with a soft, dry hand-feel that is comfortable against the skin. This fabric would typically be used for sweat pants, oversized hoodies, pullovers and menswear. It could also make a cosy coatigan. Fabric has a bit of vey "firm" stretch. It feels a bit stiff overall as it’s so thick, but it does have a bit of drape. This fabric can be machine-washed in cold water on the delicate cycle. Tumble drying is not recommended.
Wool is naturally odour-resistant, breathable, moisture-wicking (so it dries really quickly), and temperature-regulating. I personally can't wear regular sheeps wool, but I find the wool fabrics in the shop comfortable to wear and not scratchy at all - still, please buy with care if your skin is very sensitive.
