Viscose ponte chestnut brown 227gsm (restock), by metre

About 70% viscose ponte fabric with the remainder being nylon and elastane for shape retention and stretch.  Ponte is a double knit fabric that is relatively more stable and retains its shape better than most knits, while still having good stretch.  This particular ponte is very smooth, almost silky-feeling, cool to the touch and comfortable on the skin.  Has a slightly slippery handle.  The colour is an opaque chestnut brown (warm brown), and is basically matte with a bit of subtle sheen.  It drapes very well and also has some structure.  Suitable for many styles of bottoms from leggings to culottes, and could also be used for structured tops, jumpsuits, or dresses.
