Modal stretch jersey red birds 200gsm, by metre

Modal stretch jersey fabric with a detailed print of small birds in tomato red, pink, charcoal, medium grey, soft orange, etc. against alight putty beige background.  The beige base is just slightly translucent over high contrast colours.  It's not as silky-feeling as the ultra-fine modals but, as with all modals, this fabric is extremely soft and comfortable against the skin.  It has very good drape, with just a touch of structure to it.  The main downside  is that the edges do curl quite a bit, so you'll have to take care when cutting.  A nice choice for tops, tees, drapey blouses, dresses, kids wear, and sleepwear.  Not recommended for underwear as the print is not meant to be stretched out too much.
