Lingerie elastic with translucent nylon stripes is thinner and more breathable than thicker elastics. Intended for use as waistbands on underwear. The light peach is a bit "harder" in feel than your typical plush foldover elastic, but still fine for its intended use (probably best coverstitched onto the base fabric, or fused with iron-on elastic). Not suitable for using like regular elastic which is inserted into pants or skirt waistbands, etc. To preserve the life of anything with elastic, avoid washing at high temperatures or tumble drying.
