Lingerie elastic with translucent nylon stripes is thinner and more breathable than thicker elastics. Intended for use as waistbands on underwear. The greyish beige is a bit "harder" in feel than your typical plush foldover elastic, but still fine for its intended use (probably best coverstitched onto the base fabric, or fused with iron-on elastic). The light butter is around 1mm thick, with the greyish beige being less than 1mm thick. (Light peach option shown is available in a separate listing here.) Not suitable for using like regular elastic which is inserted into pants or skirt waistbands, etc. To preserve the life of anything with elastic, avoid washing at high temperatures or tumble drying.
