Undyed and unbleached pure linen single knit jersey in natural linen colour, a neutral greyish beige or "greige". Fabric has some dry, linen-y texture but is really quite soft and smooth for linen, and comfortable on the skin. Drapes very well and seems to have a bit of a natural sheen to it. Suitable for clothing such as tops, T-shirts, tunics, cover-ups, sleepwear, men's tees, etc. Slightly translucent but not as thin as some linen jerseys can be - an inner layer shouldn't be needed for a top. Designer deadstock. I haven't made this fabric up but I do notice that (store-bought) linen jersey tops can stretch out a bit when worn, though they will spring back into shape after washing - so just be aware of that tendency. The draw is its breathability in hot weather and distinctive textured look. Also shown is similar fabric in two other colours, brown melange and grey melange, available separately in the shop.
Sewing ideas: Here is a Pinterest board of linen jersey garments, or try any top, tee or cardigan that doesn't require a fabric with elastane, such as the Limoncello cardigan by SBCC Patterns or the Paper Theory LB Pullover.
