Please read before purchasing

As I stock all bolt-ends and deadstock fabrics, some minor defects such as small marks are to be expected.  These would usually not affect use.  Notable defects will be clearly stated on each product page.  Please get in touch before buying if you have any questions about a fabric.  Feel free to check my previous Etsy shop for reviews!

Please note that colour discrepancies are unavoidable when purchasing online, as different screens display colours differently.  All measurement given are approximate and there may be a few centimetres of error.

Most fabrics can be cut to a custom length as long as there is sufficient stock.  For example, I can cut 0.75m from a total 3m length, but I can't cut 2.5m as the remaining 0.5m probably can't be sold.  Drop me a message if you'd like a custom length of a fabric.

Buyers outside Singapore, please contact me before purchasing.

Pre-washing

Fabrics indicated as pre-washed have been washed with regular laundry detergent.  For all other fabrics, it is recommended to wash or pre-soak before using, as it's normal for natural fibres and plant-based fibres to drop some excess dye and shrink slightly on first wash.

Payment

Payment is accepted by Paynow/ Paylah or by credit card.  Prices are shown in Singapore Dollars (S$).

Delivery

Free delivery within Singapore for orders over $50 (by courier or by Singpost tracked letterbox delivery, for smaller orders).  Otherwise, delivery in Singapore is a flat rate of $3.90.  Most orders will ship out within 4 working days, plus another 1-2 working days for delivery (add a couple days during busy/ festive periods).  To cut down on waste, I often use clean recycled packaging material to pack orders.  P/S: There is no physical store at present, just the online shop.

Malaysia customers: Orders over RM500 including the shipping cost may attract Malaysian customs fees, so please purchase less than RM500 per order including the shipping cost. If your order exceeds the set weight, you may need to top up postage (please contact me beforehand if you are concerned.) Customs fees, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer

I don't ship outside of Asia at the moment.  If you see something you really love, however, feel free to get in touch with the fabric and quantity you'd like, and I'll try to get a shipping quote for you.  Please don't check out without first getting in touch as any credit card processing fees can't be refunded.

Returns

As fabric is cut to order, returns are not accepted.  However, if you encounter a fabric with quality issues such as colour loss after washing, or any major defect not highlighted on the product page, don't hesitate to get in touch and I'll do my best to make it right.

Fibre types

Linen fabric is very textured, absorbent, breathable, and gets softer and softer the more you wash it.  It is cooling to wear in warm weather, naturally odor-resistant, and dries more quickly than cotton.  Hemp fibres have similar qualities as linen and are even stronger.  Tumble drying is not recommended for pure hemp.

Ramie is a plant fibre similar to linen. Both fabrics are breathable, absorbent and have natural texture to them.  Ramie is usually "floatier" compared to linen, which has more drape, and it never gets quite as soft as well-worn linen, but is just as, if not more, comfortable to wear especially in hot weather.  Ramie can also be spun into a finer yarn than linen, so you'll find ramie around 60gsm whereas the thinnest linen I carry is around 100gsm.  Ramie can be machine washed on the delicate cycle, but do not tumble dry, and take care not to scrub the fabric.

Tencel (generic name lyocell) is a man-made plant-based fibre which is absorbent and breathable and typically has a cool feeling against the skin, making it a good choice for warm weather.  This fabric can be machine washed on the gentle cycle, tumble drying not recommended.

Cupro is a man-made plant-based fibre that utilises cotton linter leftover from the cotton-making process.  It is very soft and can have a sheen to it.  Like other plant-based fibres, it is absorbent and skin-friendly.  This fabric can be hand washed or machine washed on the gentle cycle, do not tumble dry.

Rayon and viscose are man-made plant-based fibres which are breathable and cooling to wear in hot weather and offer more drape than cotton. They can be machine washed on the delicate cycle, but do not not tumble dry as they are sensitive to heat.

Modal is a bamboo-derived fibre known for its silky hand-feel and appearance.  It is breathable and absorbent, making it very comfortable to wear especially in warm weather.  A fabric of choice for inner wear.  Fabric can be machine washed on the delicate cycle or hand washed, do not tumble-dry.
