Mercerised cotton pique knit fabric which is unusually soft and drapey for a pure cotton pique. The colour is a medium grey marl (mix of greys and natural white). Pique is knitted with a mesh-like structure, making it extra breathable and moisture-wicking. This one has a medium-sized pique structure. Fabric feels soft, light and comfortable on the skin. Smooth on the inside with slight texture on the right side, which is pretty common for pique knit. Just slightly translucent on the skin. This might be too drapey and unstructured for traditional polo shirts. Suitable for clothing such as drapey tops and T-shirts, blouses, tunics, comfy sleepwear or home wear, and kids wear.
