Sturdy, relatively thick pure cotton jersey fabric in natural white. Fabric feels cottony but not soft or fuzzy, nor super-smooth like the mercerised cottons in the shop. It has a dry and matte hand-feel, with a subtle slub effect. Comfortable against the skin, and slightly translucent due to the colour. Hardly drapes and has a fair amount of structure especially for a knit. Since it's single knit, the cut edges do curl up (see photos) - raw edges could be left unhemmed as a design point. Suitable for clothing such as short or long-sleeved tees, tunic dresses, thin pullovers, knit shorts (with pockets for opacity), menswear, or kids wear.
