Pure cotton french terry knit fabric with a fuzzy, brushed interior. French terry fabric looks like regular single knit from the front and has little loops knitted into the fabric on the back - you can't really see the loops in this case as they are covered with fuzz. The base colour is ivory with a fun print (I counted 13 different critters!) in various shades of browns, blues, pink, orange, dusty greens, etc. This fabric feels very soft and cottony, with the interior feeling extra cosy and warm from the brushing. Has some drape and is opaque on the skin. Cut edges do curl somewhat. Suitable for kids and adults pullovers, hoodies, dresses, sweat pants, etc. in cooler enviroments.
Some sample garment images: Kids pullover, sweat pants, and both being worn.
Ribbing is an optional add-on. Neither of the options shown in the last photo matches the fabric exactly, but they both look quite nice with it in my opinion. Details:-
- Beige cotton 2x2 tubular ribbing (401gsm, 1.35m wide x 15cm long) - a little bit stiff but still fine for clothing
- Warm brown cotton 2x2 ribbing (339gsm, 1.2m wide x 15cm or 30cm long)
