Mint green scalloped broderie anglaise trim, about 21mm wide in total, with the embroidered part measuring 8mm tall from the lowest point to the highest point of the design. Base fabric is a cotton voile. Trim has a wrong and right side (see photos), but looks quite neat from either side.
These cotton trims are used to add detail to clothing or for edging cushions and accessories, etc. There are some loose threads and/or extra fabric which you may want to tidy up yourself with small scissors.
