97gsm abstract gauze linen, last 1.75m

Pure linen gauze fabric with an interesting placement print in dark maroon brown (slightly purple-ish brown) on pure white. The print covers the whole fabric except about 20cm of width at one selvedge (note that the unprinted width varies in small steps here and there (see last photo for example)).  The print has more white towards the selvedges, and more brown in the middle.  Due to the length-wise crinkle, fabric is probably meant to be used with the grain rather than cross-grain.  Fabric is slightly loosely woven, but the weave is stable and regular, with a slight length-wise crinkle. Not pre-softened, crisp to touch and will soften up with washing. Excellent body and drape.  Suitable for tops, blouses, shirts, tunics, dresses and floaty pants (with lining), scarves and shawls.
