91gsm pale green cotton plisse, last 1.05m

Pure cotton plisse fabric in the palest of pale spring greens. The puckered texture of plisse fabric is produced from a fabric treatment after the fabric is woven (as compared to seersucker, where the texture is produced by the woven yarns). The textured design on this one reminds me of soap bubbles, or an abstract floral. This plisse is particularly "crispy" and structured, it feels almost papery. The fabric itself is smooth but not soft, with some drape. Fabric is rather translucent and will need lining or an inner camisole/ slip. Suitable for tops, blouses, shirts and dresses. Plisse doesn't cling to the body, making it cool to wear in hot weather. Suitable for interesting tops, shirts, blouses and dresses, or a voluminous skirt.
