88gsm viscose polyamide voile magenta, by metre

A viscose/ polyamide voile-type fabric: the weft yarns are viscose and the warp yarns are translucent polyamide, which adds strength, body, and wrinkle resistance without adding weight.  Fabric has a gently crinkled effect which is a permanent feature of the fabric.  Dark magenta (pinkish purple) in colour, with a bit of sheen to it in some lights (though not as much as it may look in the photos).  Fabric is soft, smooth, and slightly cool to the touch.  It has a little body to it and a flowy, floaty drape.  Pretty much opaque against the skin. Suitable for clothing such as blouses, tops, shirts, tunics, dresses, skirts, or even gathered pants (it’s sturdy relative to its light weight, thanks to the polyamide).
