86gsm faux silk polyester lining black, by metre

Faux silk lining fabric woven of very fine polyester, so the overall texture is smooth and soft, and rather pleasant on the skin. The right side has a gentle sheen, whilst the reverse side has a matte, very fine crepe texture. This fabric is nice enough to use even as a main fabric for camisoles, blouses or dresses. As a lining fabric, it is opaque, drapey, not clingy, quite breathable, and anti-static.  Black is a jet black.  The navy in the 3rd photo is available separately in the shop - champagne is sold out and pictured so you can see the texture. I mostly carry plant-fibre-based fabrics, but sometimes you just want an extra-slinky, drapey lining for a particular project.
