Pure cotton plisse fabric in a dusty light cream or pale yellowish beige colour (hard to describe, but it's quite a tasteful colour), with a crinkled texture that looks like rows of seersucker and ruching. The puckered texture of plisse fabric is produced from a fabric treatment after the fabric is woven (as compared to seersucker, where the texture is produced by the woven yarns), and it will not disappear after washing. This plisse is soft to the touch, softer than most other plisse fabrics I've encountered, and it has a good drape, so it will make lovely dresses. Somewhat translucent. Suitable for tops, blouses, tunics, dresses and kids wear.
