81gsm black rayon challis lining, by metre

Very lightweight rayon challis fabric for lining garments, or for a very thin inner camisole. This page is for the black colour, cream is also available separately in the shop (ivory white is coming soon). 2nd and 3rd photos show the cream colour - the fabrics behave the same. Texture is fine and smooth, slightly translucent, gentle on the skin, with soft drape. The advantage of rayon challis over cotton is its soft, flowy drape; the disadvantage is that it's less sturdy when wet, and tends to shrink more than cotton.
