Plain and simple, pure cotton lightweight voile fabric in dark navy blue, primarily recommended as a lining fabric or for a lightweight inner layer, though it could also be used for gathered tops and kids wear. Fabric is moderately soft, smooth, with slight drape. Just slightly translucent on the skin.
