60gsm brown orchids ramie cotton, by metre

Ramie/ cotton blend voile fabric with a print of orchids in a hand-drawn style.  The colours are rich deep brown, soft chestnut brown, antique beige, and dusty peach.  This fabric is very lightweight and somewhat translucent (you may not need a lining or inner cami if making a gathered top, though).  It is similar to a cotton voile but with some added strength and breathability from the ramie content.  It is also softer than pure ramie, with a slightly dry, crisp hand-feel that is comfortable against the skin.  It has a little floaty drape and body to it.  Suitable for clothing such as tops, blouses, tunics, gauzy shirts, dresses with lining, or kids wear.
