A woven boucle tweed fabric, mainly neutral shades of deep navy (almost black), natural white and light tan, plus some pops of lilac pink (the individual colours are not so obvious when looking at the fabric from a distance). Not scratchy at all, feels quite comfortable and even cottony to the touch. Composition is a cotton blend. Stable and quite close-woven, opaque on the skin, with just a few mis-weaves here and there which can often be gently tugged back into place. Has slight drape and some structure to it. A versatile boucle fabric, suitable for tops, dresses, skirts, bolero jackets, clutches and some soft furnishings. (More summery tweed and boucle ideas) Swatches are available - just leave a note at check-out.
All my boucle and tweed fabric are designer deadstock or remnants from sample garment production, so the exact fibre composition is usually unknown and I can only give my best guess + describe the hand-feel to you.
