A spring/ summer woven boucle fabric with dark red and pearl white yarns, including a subtle, fine metallic red yarn (not scratchy and can't be felt at all). The white yarns have a natural sheen to them - they contain a high proportion of some kind of very soft, glossy wool. Fabric is closely woven, with a soft drape, not stiff. It feels plush and soft in the hand. Opaque on the skin. A versatile boucle fabric that could be used for shell tops, shift dresses, cardigans, light jackets, shorts, skirts, kids wear, and accessories such as clutches and hats, and some soft furnishings such as cushions and throws. (More summery tweed and boucle ideas)
All my boucle and tweed fabrics are designer deadstock or remnants from sample garment production, so the exact fibre composition is usually unknown and I can only give my best guess + describe the hand-feel to you.
