Linen/ cotton blend stretch denim fabric with indigo blue and white yarns. This particular denim is rather soft, especially for a linen blend and for denim. It's comfortable against the skin even before washing, with a slightly dry hand-feel. Please be aware that the character of this fabric changes quite a bit after the first wash - the colour becomes a slightly brighter blue and the fabric kind of wrinkles up a little across the width as it shrinks. Washing before making up is recommended (as always, but especially so in this case). Fabric has some structure and drape, and a little body to it. Suitable for clothing such as pants and shorts, overalls, dresses, thicker tops, jackets, menswear, and kids wear.
Note on washing: Denim fabric should be washed by itself the first few times, as the natural indigo dye will run. Washing a large piece of raw denim in your home washing machine may lead to dye lines caused by creasing, so you may wish to cut the fabric into smaller lengths and/or pre-soak the fabric before putting it into the machine, to minimise creases. Here's some useful reading: (1) (under the heading "Washing Denim"), and (2). Additionally, if you want to minimise fading, avoid drying denim in direct sunlight.
