Pure linen fabric in ivory white with a slight sheen to it. The yarns are not thick but the weave is atypical: they are woven in bundles of two so the plain weave pattern is more obvious, resembling Aida or cross-stitch fabric in miniature. The fabric has some body and drape and is comfortable on the skin. It is not scratchy at all, and should soften up more with washing. Slightly translucent. Suitable for embroidery, or clothing such as tops, shirts and tunics. Dresses and bottoms could work too with a lining.
