191gsm strawberries print linen, by metre

Pure linen fabric is pre-softened so it's very soft and quite smooth to the touch despite having thicker than average yarns.  Feels dry to the touch, with very good drape and movement and some body.  This is deadstock fabric which was designed to have a print that gradually becomes lighter/ less saturated from one selvedge to the other.  Please check photos 3 and 4 in particular that show the difference between each side.  The print features warm or orangey red strawberries, leafy greens, white and warm yellow blossoms, and occasional, very subtle lettering on a pale cream background.  It is slightly translucent.  Suitable for tops, blouses, shirts, tunics, dresses and skirts (with lining), kids wear, etc.
