Yarn dyed pure linen fabric featuring a woven uneven stripe design done in black and natural off-white yarns.  The stripes run horizontally across the fabric from selvedge to selvedge.  This is a factory off-cut from making bed or table linens, and only around 40cm wide - good for crafts, making kitchen or hand towels, or it could be pieced together for clothing.  Classic linen texture with very good drape and body, not scratchy at all and very comfortable against the skin. Close woven, slightly translucent, but you shouldn't need a lining for tops. Sold by the half metre with up to 18.5m available at the time of listing (it works out to about $8.40/m if it were full-width fabric).  Shrinkage was less than 2% for my test piece.

Sample garment is the Collins top by In The Folds (sizes D and below can be cut out from this fabric without any piecing required).
