159gsm red stripe linen, by metre

Pure linen yarn dyed fabric in a slightly greyish pale beige with a woven width-wise stripe in dusty maroon (muted reddish colour). One of those colour schemes that goes very well with blue denim (or any neutral colour, really). The stripes run horizontally from selvedge to selvedge, but you could use the fabric with the stripes running vertically, if you wish. This fabric is smooth and soft, light and comfortable on the skin, with good body and soft drape. It is slightly translucent. Suitable for clothing such as tops, blouses, shirts, tunics, dresses (with lining), men's shirts, pajamas and kids wear.
