154gsm old gold two-tone linen, by metre

Pre-softened pure linen yarn dyed plain weave fabric, woven of contrasting old gold or golden brown weft and black warp yarns.  Fabric has an obvious shot effect with a slightly nubby look to it.  Smooth for linen, very soft and comfortable to the touch.  Pretty much opaque on the skin, with very good body and drape.  Suitable for clothing such as tops, blouses, tunics, shirts and dresses, lightweight bottoms, men's shirts and kids wear.  Last photo shows this fabric with some of the other two-tone yarn dyed pure linens available in the shop.
