Elastic trim with a lacy scalloped edge. The total width is 13mm and the width of just the solid part is about 5.5mm. Typically used to finish the leg openings of undies when making inner wear. It's a bit fiddly but I've also used it like a foldover elastic to finish the top edge of bralette cups. These are thin - less than 1mm thick. Not suitable for applications such as bra straps. To preserve the life of anything with elastic, avoid washing at high temperatures or tumble drying.
Light apricot is pretty much a colour match for the Pale apricot 22mm lacy foldover elastic also available in the shop. Powder pink is very close to the Porcelain pink lacy foldover elastic, too.
