124gsm cupro jacquard soft black, by metre

This is an unusual designer deadstock stone-washed cupro with an intricate, tiny jacquard design woven into the fabric, giving it extra texture and breathability. The jacquard weave has tiny "holes" in it but the fabric as a whole is still opaque. This fabric is cool to the touch, soft and comfortable on the skin, with a slight "waxy" texture quite characteristic of cupro. Drapes softly and has some body to it. Colour is a soft black, with a slight dusty-looking finish from the stone-washing treatment (not sheeny like some cupro). Fabric may also contain a small amount of another plant-based fibre such as viscose. Suitable for all kinds of clothing such as tops, blouses, shirts, dresses, flowy pants, casual men's shirts, etc.
