Pre-softened pure linen plain weave fabric in a soft, warm dark yellow with a slightly "dusty" look to it. Fabric has slightly larger than average yarns, with a weave that feels a bit looser and airier though it's not obvious just from looking at it. Extremely soft in texture, very drapey, with movement and body to it. It has a dry hand-feel and is very comfortable on the skin. Slightly translucent. Suitable for clothing such as tops, blouses, tunics, dresses, and scarves. Goes quite well with the 202gsm linen shown in the second-last photo. Last two photos show this fabric compared with some of the other pure linens available in the shop.

123gm dark yellow Linen
I wanted to sew a Japanese summer dress for someone who has a tracheostomy condition, thus needing a soft fabric which is comfortable for the skin. Chosen this lightweight linen with the help of Sandra's (seller) input. I just completed my sew and am happy with the outcome and the choice of this linen is just appropriate. Ideal for those who prefers drapey, soft and airy texture, and the colour is simply pleasing. Sandra's input is helpful and is authentic to provide an honest picture of the product as it is.
