120gsm light blue jacquard ramie, by metre

Pure ramie fabric featuring an intricate woven jacquard check design. I believe this is eco dyed fabric, where the dye is applied to the fabric rather than the fabric being put into a dye vat, as the powder blue colour is slightly lighter on one side, and it has a subtle, uneven cloudiness to it. This fabric has lots of body and slight drape, it's the kind of fabric that stands away from your body rather than clinging to it. It also has a particularly "crispy" texture, I don't find it scratchy, but you may want to get a sample first if you have sensitive skin (leave a note at check-out). Slightly translucent, you might not need a lining for a top. Suitable for sleeveless tops, blouses, shirts, tunics, some styles of dresses and kids wear.
