119gsm grey-aqua ramie, by metre

Pure ramie stone-washed fabric in a colour that's really hard to describe: it's like a greyish aqua colour (slightly greenish blue), but depending on the light it can look more grey or more blue.  This one is smooth and extremely soft for ramie, it feels very comfortable on the skin.  Lightweight but very close-woven of fine yarns so it's just slightly translucent.  It has very good body and drape with lots of lovely movement to it.  A good one to try whether you're new to ramie or already a fan of ths fibre.  Suitable for tops, blouses, shirts, tunics, dresses, skirts, gathered bottoms, men's shirts and kids wear.  (Pinterest board for some ramie inspiration.)
