*Photos show a pre-washed piece for reference, but this listing is for the new, unwashed fabric. Tencel/ viscose crepe de chine fabric in natural white, with a slight glowy lustre which is a bit more obvious in low light. It feels smooth, slightly matte and cool to the touch, and is comfortable to wear. Has a soft, fluid drape and a bit of body to it. Suitable as a slightly thicker lining for dresses, skirts and flowy pants, or use it as the main fabric for tops, blouses, shirts, tunics, camisoles and slips. Slightly translucent. If you find that this fabric stiffens up a bit after washing, a pass with steam or an iron on low heat will quickly restore its fluid drape.
If you prefer something thinner and lighter, you could try this fabric. To view all available fabrics that could work as linings for different types of garments, browse to this menu section: Or view by: >> By type >> All lining-type fabrics.
