115gsm navy red plaid double gauze, by metre

Yarn dyed pure cotton double gauze fabric featuring a dusty navy, red, fog grey and off-white plaid on the right side, whilst the reverse has off-white and fog grey stripes.  The plaid on the right side is faintly visible from the reverse, and the slightly loose weave gives it a rustic look.  It is slightly translucent over high contrast colours.  Double gauze fabric typically features two light layers which are stitched together at intervals, so they will not come apart by themselves.  Fabric feels very soft, airy, and slightly dry to the touch, with a moderate amount of soft drape.  It is likely to crinkle up somewhat after washing.  Suitable for clothing such as blouses, soft shirts, tunics, dresses, sleepwear, kids wear, or scarves.
