1.42m (but see notes below)
Weight:
111gsm
Stretch:

Note:
Selvedges are rather ragged, width measurement given is the minimum usable.
Defect #1:
1.15m cut is uneven, length measurement given is the minimum. There is also a white misprint within 4cm of one selvedge that should be avoided.
Defect #2:
For the total 4.9m length, 2.05m is fine and then the remaining fabric has occasional dye spots towards either selvedge - so the minimum usable width at any point is 1.15m. Defective part is 50% off.

This interesting designer deadstock fabric is a linen/ tencel blend in a tiny pique weave which looks like a woven version of the pique knit commonly used for polo shirts.  It is slightly cool to the touch, with fine linen slubs that are visible especially on the reverse but are basically smooth to touch.  Fabric has plenty of body and movement, and a fluid, floaty drape.  It doesn’t stick to the skin and is very comfortable to wear.  Suitable for clothing such as shirts, blouses, tunics, dresses, skirts and pants with lining, and it would also make a lovely two-piece set.  It is somewhat translucent, but a lining shouldn’t be needed for tops.  The design features black and dark cream uneven stripes running vertically down the fabric i.e. with the grain/ parallel to selvedge.
