Viscose crepe-textured chiffon or georgette fabric in a solid off-white colour. This fabric has a nice amount of body, excellent fluid drape, and a somewhat "sandy" or "grainy" surface texture that is comfortable on the skin and encourages air-flow. It also makes the fabric crease-resistant. This fabric has some substance to it and isn't as delicate as one might think. It is slightly translucent, and almost opaque in two layers. Can be used as a lining for a sheer main fabric, or to make tops, camisoles, blouses, flowy shirts, caftans, dresses and skirts, kids wear and scarves.
Machine washing is possible on the delicate cycle, preferably in a laundry bag for protection, and take note not to tumble dry as viscose is heat-sensitive.
